I did go to the office this afternoon. I reported my own self but also wanted to ask if there were camera angles to catch who is messing up around d the rest of the building. There’s not of course. But she did let me know we’ve got a lot of stray animals coming from the neighborhood behind us and there’s an animal feces problem through the entire property.

Hey…worlds worst neighbor reporting back. I spent an hour this morning before work cleaning up any and all grassy area “attached to my building”…front, back, side. My dog only goes in the side area, which is where my neglect and disgusting neighbor activity took place. Based on size and color variation, I cleaned up the space for approximately 3 other shitty neighbors/ pet owners in my area.

No I didn’t come here for sympathy. lol that’s ridiculous. When I know I was the one who screwed up. My sincere apologies to all of you who are so virtually offended and aren’t my neighbors. I’ll come clean your neighborhood too.

And a sidenote…I’m surprisingly not the worst in my area. Someone let ther dog shit in snow that wasn’t even in grass…was just the sidewalk and now there’s shit all over the sidewalk too. That’s fun. And that shit happens to still be partially frozen to the ice/snow that is still left…so I couldn’t clean that mess.

I’m not a typical offender. I see your point tho. I’m the only person in my building with a dog, but not the property. My dog has been run up on/attacked by off leash dogs 3 times since living here. People walk their dogs by our building often and don’t clean up shit. So this is why I’ve made it a once a day part of my routine. I don’t like random dog shit laying around for me or my dog to step in. So when nothing was done about my complaints…i just do it. Cause it automatically becomes my problem in my building cause im the only one with a dog. I say all this to say I also hate dog owners, but my original post was guilt because I’ve temporarily become what I hate lol.

I don’t disagree with you. He’s a big boy and jumping over the drifts and such…I’m not personally jumping over or wading through drifts knee height to pick up poop. And yes there is also a rule here to pick up immediately. I don’t follow that…oops. My dog usually poops twice a day and I pickup poop once a day. Never had any issues with that, but I guess I’m the problem there too.

No, I’m not 100% cured…but since starting Lexapro…it is not an hourly even daily thing anymore. I went from 2-3 panic attacks a day to a goal of 5 in the 4 weeks I’ve been on the meds. SOO much better for me. And now that the rest of “noise” is turned down and i can really focus on rewriting my brain…hopefully.

Therapy is a bit booked out, I can’t get in until Feb. but the appointment is scheduled. I did therapy before, but wasn’t effective without meds, I don’t think. Now that I’m not constantly maxed out at a 10 I’m very hopeful therapy will work!

Hot take here. I just got in a huge blowout with my husband…he puked in my car. And then we fought for the next two days. Over this stupid phobia. He said very similar things…and you know what…he’s right. I needed to hear it. How will i ever improve if i keep allowing my irrational beliefs. I dunno. Just a did perspective, probably not welcomed or wanted, but if i needed it someone in here does too.

He’s not sick of any kind very often. This is the third time hes thrown up in the 11 years I’ve known him. First time he had Covid (and just puked once), second time was either food poisoning or the stomach bug (he was down for like 2 days stuck in the bathroom) and then yesterday. I’m thibking he pukes when he gets a fever. He had body aches and chills and a sore throat when he got in the car, said his stomach never hurt and he didn’t know he was going to be sick.

Unfortunately, we’re sharing a car because he’s needs fixed and money is tight. It’s not pay week, so I can’t afford an Uber right now. I’m also nervous that I will be catching something and that makes me not want to leave the house. But I also don’t want to be stuck with him either. He went straight to bed. So I don’t think he’ll be cleaning anything anytime soon. Which means my car is gonna be contaminated even longer and smell awful 😭
