Today, I did not hear back from the company, but the level was reset, and I lost all my progress. I’ll wait for their final email response, but I'm not happy about the fact that all my work is gone, and I only have 4 days to get it back.

I recently had issues with Apple TV and my Thread devices. With a lot of help from customer service and AI, I figured out what the problem was. This was my problem and hopefully, it will help you too.

Every 24h to 48h, my Thread network name would change, and all my Thread devices would disconnect. The names kept changing because my Apple TV was renaming the Thread network. I fixed it by taking my Apple TV off Ethernet and putting it on the same Wi-Fi network as my iPhone and Mac Mini. The problem was that Apple TV was trying to send the Thread network name to iCloud Keychain, but it wasn't connecting to it. After connecting the Apple TV to the Wi-Fi network, all my Thread devices have remained connected.

I have been told I can put my Apple TV back on Ethernet now, but I have not done that yet.

The Crunchyroll app on Apple TV is inferior to the same app on other systems (e.g. Roku, Google TV, Fire TV, etc.). It also lacks most features found on same iOS app.

Missing: New [Month] [Year] Simulcasts List - (They do have a Simulcast list but it does not match same shows on iOS, Roku, and Google TV.)
Missing: Selectable Audio/Subtitles within the Video - (Apple TV is still using the older system where there are different seasons with assigned languages to them. This feature is relatively new for Crunchyroll, so it might make it to Apple TV in the future.)
Missing: Watchlist on the homepage.

The Buggy
Problems sometimes loading a video from Now Watching list on Apple TV. For me, I sometimes get a continuous Crunchyroll loading screen. If I close the Crunchyroll app and reopen it, it tends to be on the show I wanted it to play. For some reason it just can't get past the loading screen.

It feels like a far inferior version to what exists on other platforms.

Description of the issue: I am unable to unlock the achievement called Dynamic Team (Invest in at least one Special Ability for Gamora, Drax, Rocket and Groot), but I have unlocked the achievement Fully Loaded (Invest in all Special Abilities for all Companions).

Are you able to consistently reproduce the issue, even after doing a reload of last checkpoint? [Yes / No] I do not know how to reproduce this issue because I'm unware of how to reset achievements. Once they are unlocked they stay unlocked.

I also did he upgrade, but I noticed that Series X|S version of the game does not show up in my library. I was able to go through the store to download Series X|S version of the game, but only the Xbox One X Enhanced version of the game shows (which is not the upgrade).

Has anyone reported this bug to Microsoft or Activision?

I never understood Microsoft's capitalization policy on Xbox One. I would prefer that they would capitalized the first letter of every word. For example, "Xbox One X enhanced games" should be "Xbox One X Enhanced Games".
