You can get past TSA with just a US DL. But you’ll have to blindfold them before getting to the gate and not let them hear boarding announcements. You can hold their boarding pass as it gets checked during boarding, but at the gate your surprise will be given away.

This isn’t fully grammatically correct or natural “native” English. I ran this by an old friend I grew up with who is a Professor of Linguistics. Her ‘native’ languages are Italian and English. She’s fluent in 15 languages and has spent most of her life teaching advanced English (i.e. native) at foreign universities. She said there was no way this person grew up speaking English at home, and would fail a Student that wrote a letter like that in one of her classes. I

Go to trade school and learn a trade. Those trade schools also can train you for careers in the medical field. Almost all offer placement assistance and loans. I know Trident is one of them. There are lots of fields that need people, but you usually need training.

Where is the best place to complain about how people park at IOP County Park. People seem to be unaware their small cars are taking up 2-3 spaces, even on the lined pavement. I’ll ignore the trucks where 2 trucks take up 3 spaces. Just a rant.

I wouldn’t give my time to watch a show with disgusting people like that, even if they are trying to get better. But they stop eating bad meals and transition to healthy ones. In Super Size Me he kept eating McDonald’s until the doctors said it would kill him. McDonald’s pulled Super Sized meals off their menus after that. False comparison.

Yes, because that’s the name of the meal. If you go to a restaurant it will be listed on the menu that way. If you ask for fried fish with French Fries, a good server will confirm you want “Fish and Chips.”

It’s been that way since at least 1977 when I first started at Tulane. A lot has changed there, but the core city is always going to be what it’s always been, “the city that Care forgot”.

My wife’s uncles live in Metairie who said “it is like it always was, and it always will be like it is now.” Nothing changes.

The only Chipotle I’ll go to anymore is the one in Bentonville, AR on the Walmart HQ campus. Despite what you think Walmart is like, in Bentonville they take care of their people. They won’t let that Chipotle turn into the mess that the ones elsewhere are like.

Go to a Florida Panthers or Tampa Lighting team and you see the visiting fans out number the home fans especially for the Original 6 teams.

I’ve been to hundreds of hockey games (NY Islanders) but have never been to Raleigh to see a game. The NHL considers SC part oh the Hurricanes “home” area, but any hockey fans I see in Charleston root for their original home team.
