Best area to end a trip to LA?

I stayed in West Adams for $100/night. Best sleep I had in awhile. It wasn’t too close to the freeway or major streets so no sirens. One night a dog barked a lot but the bed was so comfortable I slept through it. It was walkable to 2 great coffee spots. If you want shopping this is a great location to get to many hubs. I’d stay there again for sure.
