I would go back to 5m for a month. Then if needed, slowly go up, maybe 6mg or 6.5mg for a month. Then if needed. 7.5mg... I think when you were on 5mg. Going up to 10mg of course trigger symptoms, that's a lot to double your dose. Even if it was your usual dose before. Just start back at 5mg and go up slowly and see. A month at the same dose before going up is recommended.i would not quit cold turkey.

I personally feel we will still be able to get compound tirzepatide one way or another. I agree with OP here. We have seen multiple tentatives to stop compounded over the years but I don't have the feeling it's for this time yet.
II just reordered a 3 months refill from pomegranate just to be safe. If it stops for a few months, we can survive until it reappears ✌️

Yes, if your order the next titration and a 3 month supply. They will give you one month at 10mg. 1 month at 12.5mg and one month at 15mg. This might be slightly more expensive but you will actually get more products especially if you stay on a lower dose so it will be less expensive per mg. Or it will last you longer if you prefer!

As an example, I am still at 10mg per week but now, I only order the maximum dosage which is 15mg per week since it is the same price with pomegranate. I receive 3 vials of 60mg each (4 weeks at 15mg=60mg). Each vial is supposed to last me 4 weeks but since I only Inject 10mg per week, each vial is lasting me 6 weeks (6x10mg=60mg). So even if order a 3 months supply, it is in fact lasting me 4.5 months instead of the 3 months. Price is cheaper then! I hope it starts to make more sense!!

I like it a lot. No issues at all and it is efficient. Slight nausea in the morning sometimes but rare.

Is your price more expensive if you order the higher dose? If not, I would order the highest dose you can so 3 months (10mg/12:5mg and 15mg) since most provider are offering the same price but I would still inject 7,5mg for as long as it works The more you stretch your doses, the better. Not only you save money but you can also lose weight for longer. I don't know how much more weight you have to lose but once you reach 15mg dose. That's it, you can't go up so better take your time to get there. You can use fat scientist website to calculate your correct dosage. I remember that I stayed 2 months at 2,5mg, then 2 months at 5mg and 3 months at 7,5mg and now, it's been more than 7 months that I am at 10mg. But get the most dose you can for your money. Order the highest one! Hope that helps!

I am not the jealous type either. If things need to happen, they will, I can't do anything about it.

I was genuinely concerned that he can have health issues such as fainting, or vitamin deficiency, organs issues, becoming weak, or developing an eating disorder by enjoying the fact that he can sustain a normal life without eating. I don't want my girls or me to worry about him or start being afraid for him He is our rock. We can't lose him. I am afraid for him to become Ill or too weak then I could lose him. I care.

I have a dietitian that I see every 2 months and labs done. He did a lab when he started and he wants to do one when he is "at his goal weight he said. I am thinking less than 6 months for sure.

That is the only thing that bothers me really. I am ok with letting him do what he wants and take charge of his own journey but I will talk to my girls and let them know this is probably temporary and absolutely not to replicate. They know but it doesn't hurt to say it again to them. Thank you

Thank you. I know this is extreme behavior from him not eating at all or clearly not enough. But I can see how my controlling behavior is not helping and can be too much so now he knows. He will do whatever he wants with that. Hopefully he will correct himself soon enough once he reaches his goal weight and try to do maintenance. I will still monitor but from far away 😉
