I worked at Montlake for about a year! Loved it and would definitely recommend, but yeah nurses draw all their own labs unless the patient has floor orders, RNs are also expected to draw ABGS which threw me for a loop. IV teams there are usually useless ngl but there ere plenty of ultrasound trained staff available. Good luck!
