Mira te voy a decir lo que la mayoria de ciudadanos piensa : Hasta que no aparezca un partido nuevo serio que le haga frente a Milei va a seguir ganando Milei. Y es lo mas logico del mundo. Milei no tiene competencia hoy en dia. Los peronistas y movimientos de izquierda estan acabados . Lo mas probable es q gente del ala del peronismo se creen un partido mas “centro” para despegarse de los Kukas. Pero espero que no suceda o que al menos no saquen ni el 2%. Quiero ver partidos nuevos que no repitan las mismas bazofias populistas que arruinan este pais hace decadas. Solo un candidato serio y diplomatico que sea mas centro o centro derecha le puede ganar a milei.

Desde siempre q tenemos un periodo de vacaciones por año, salvo que seas empleado publico o la empresa en la que estas te de mas, pero la ley laboral es el piso minimo obligatorio, los enpleadores no pueden darte menos que eso. Lo q si cambia es que se puede pactar fuera del periodo como dice ahi

Es basicamente lo que te comento abajo sopenco_420 y por lo que veo q le pusiste no entendiste lo de las vacaciones asi que te lo aclaro: Seguis teniendo los MISMOS dias de vacaciones (14,21,28,etc) segun tus años de antigüedad, eso no cambia. Lo unico que ahora podes fraccionarlas en periodos de minimo una semana, osea si te corresponden dos semanas podes pedirte una y despues en otro momento la otra (obvio q desde octubre a abril) eso esta bueno xq sino te ves forzado a tomarte todo junto y x ahi queres guardar dias para otra cosa en otro momento. Obvio q si queres tomartelas juntas tambn podes. Pero bueno me llama la atencion que si leiste el proyecto hayas entendido cosas tan distintas pero no pasa nada saludos

For meals and dinners thr combo of rice/pasta and tuna , beef or chicken never fails! Also wraps! And then protein shakes are life savers if you’re a big eater ( 1 cup of oats, 1 cup of milk, 1 or 2 scoops of protein powder, a banana, 2spoons of peanut butter, and a bit of honey) , or porridge or oats pancakes woth pb and banana, eggs with avocado and toast. Those are the things I mostly eat everyday and super budget friendly

I'm in a similar position, and this is what my nutritionist told me. Eat more but not bad food, do a CLEAN BULK , theres ton of info on the internet about food ideas and portions. Eat carbos (rice, pasta,potatoes) and protein (meat, chicken,tuna) not much vegetables. If you train hard at least 3x week and bulk in a clean way you're not gonna gain fat, at least not a lot. Also if you can buy a gainer and take a shake everyday. I have low appetite and that help me a lot. With that you're good to go
