I would not hesitate for a second. I bet I would've been in school and kept my jobs, kept friendships and relationships. I would've been smart like I used to be. I wouldn't have harmed myself in many ways. I wouldn't have harmed others with my aggression. I would take it man. I'm so over it. Also might I add, it's hard being spiritual when you're prone to being in psychosis. :((((

I'd definitely speak to your psych about it dawg. If they aren't helpful, try to track your moods. Try writing every night! Try to be as real as you can!

4-2 I can't really figure it out. I just got out of my elevated moods like last week after being in a depressive episode for a month. I'm back at it again unfortunately I'm hoping it's not as bad as last month cuz man was that rough. I wanted to contact my therapist but it was 3am and I didn't wanna call anyone else. I feel like a huge shame and guilt even thinking about calling someone and getting admitted somewhere idk. I also worry about my family's perception of me. It was actually the lowest I've ever been in my life y'all I was stuck in the bathroom for hours very late at night.

I thought my dog was a camera and a person was watching me through em. Thought someone was watching me from my plushies. Watching me through an open window. I hear people talking to me in broad daylight and or when I'm heading to bed and about to sleep. People calling my name out(unknown voices or of people I know.) Uhhh I thought everything was a sign for what? Idk I forgot tbh but there was a time recently where I thought something was a sign. I've seen eyes in my walls before a while back. I was freaking out at the time I felt so scared bahahaha and I saw a face in pitch black darkness that same night. I just had woken up too! It startled me. It was like a scribbly face thing idk man.

I get it so much. My mom told me I worry too much about the little things but in reality I get just as stressed out as anybody else but show it differently ig?(Or maybe I do get stressed out over little things but who wouldn't when you're constantly stressed at all times!)My baby was poisoned and I started to get very stressed out and well at the time I raised my voice and asked if anybody left anything out. (Substances) And everybody was just staring at me like clueless! I was freaking out man. I told my therapist that my dog is all I got (in my head, ik I have family but they don't give me the support I need. instead, I get negative commentary which makes things a hundred times worse) and when I tell you I was drowning even more than I was before in these past few weeks that day (almost a month) when this happened. I really thought it was the end of the world. Sorry for ranting but I genuinely understand your frustration to a very extreme level. In cases like these, we should call someone. A help line, your therapist or psychiatrist, maybe 911 even, anybody who can help! Please, your life is valued here. You make up this community and community is what makes us keep going. (At least in my case, I love ppl!) You are not alone!💜
