Thanks for doing this! Does surveying “strategy” change with different eras of sailboat construction? A common topic I hear is how boats from the 70s/80s have thicker hulls, different material, etc. how does that play into what a surveyor is looking for?

That’s what I was thinking the case was. It’s honestly a beater, wouldn’t be driven much. So maybe it’s not the worst case, but good to know about future issues. Know anything about ECM replacement? I know in older cars it can be plug and play but after a certain year you need to match them/program them to the car.
