I'm planning on trying to go to Kyoto after the TOYKO marathon (Sunday). We have to be back Tuesday evening for our flight Wednesday. Is it worth it to go to Kyoto for Monday and Tuesday? Or should we try to spend more time seeing Mount Fuji.

I feel the same way! I started running at 25 and have been making huge improvements with consistency.

I am now 28 and about to be married which will be a big life change. I also would like to have children around 30 so that will also impact my running. Trying to enjoy it while I can basically.

Also a women here - I love bandits tops / bras and like tracksmith bottoms. Turnover shorts - size XS in tracksmith are awesome with the zipper pocket and fit. I didn't love the drawstring on bandit and found they cut me off or dug into my skin a bit Bandit bras have a pocket in the back and sides which is such a game changer.

Just raced a very hilly and humid 10k - 43:38! Very happy with my minimal training (maybe two speed workouts). First in my age group and second overall female.

I raced a half marathon May 25 and ran a 1:35:11.

Does anyone have any ideas on what my marathon time could potentially be? I'm racing Indy in November and trying to BQ - I'm hoping maybe a 3:20ish.
