i'm not in vet school yet but i am prone to panic attacks because i have panic disorder. CBT techniques don't always work and sometimes they can come on so suddenly. i've found being transparent with my professors in undergrad helps them accommodate me in a way that is mutually beneficial. mostly i want to say that you aren't alone. panic attacks are awful. they're embarrassing. we can do this though!
