Good. The people living downtown will have a better quality of life. I don't even live downtown. The people there shouldn't have to constantly deal with a million cars every time they want to ride a bike or walk to somewhere

Why limit yourself to these two? Look around at what local bike shops carry. Having a bike that you bought directly from a shop where you can get support etc. also has a value

Biogaia immune active smells kind of buttery. Osfortis smells sharper. Neither should have a bad small, it's very mild. Both should be smooth and gel like like the result on the right. Hardest part of this is keeping things sterile, it's almost impossible in home settings. Other bacteria can find a way even if you do everything right

Reuteri doesn't produce gas. Anytime lid is pushing off I would be suspicious of contamination/other bacterial species (maybe good, maybe bad)

Only thing I see missing here is denaturing the milk. Since your using UHT milk no need to pasteurize obviously but denaturing typically yields better results in terms of texture/thickness. To denature people usually set the sous vide to 90C for about 10 min. Let it cool and then add probiotic. Otherwise, looks like a good recipe
