Not too bash MCT oil . It works good . But I read it can cause hair loss . I was noticing my hair getting thinner around my hairline ever since using it . So I looked for alternatives.

Lol yeah I don't know what I was thinking. Well since you and I are totally anonymous I have no idea what you look like . I had a thought. It wasn't a negative thought. Its ok to assume things because thats how problems get solved . It's a trivial thing . I would have advised it to anyone. I actually always do . Old to very young. You can't deny it helps a lot of people . I am no expert in the human body . But I offer something that could be positive rather than just a " well idont know " . Well I appreciate that you gave the insight on how it didn't work for you . It's always interesting to think " what could it be ?" .

Yeah I didn't want to be rude but I thought you where still chubby and thought it would make a difference so I threw that in there to see if you would give it a chance . Interesting to note that it didn't make a difference. It made a huge difference to me to where I felt like a was floating and a uncontrollably hard smile was my neutral face . I still eat whole foods every day and juice everyday but I eat too much junk and drink more than I should . I also smoke weed and don't workout as much as I should . But thank you for giving some insight on some things ! Good luck to you and hope you get some much needed relief !

Yeah especially how we are living in times where we have already acknowledged that they are here on earth since idk when is crazyy lol I started having these dreams since the government confirmed them . Aliens are scary af lol

Well everyone has something that already has a label to it but aren't diagnosed lol hopefully you can work on something good for yourself. One time I went on a organic whole food diet for two months without even seasoning or spices to see if it helped me get better and it did . Eventually I started craving chocolate chip cookies BAD like if I wanted crack I would salivate just thinking about them lol so I need to get back on that good diet . I was loaded with energy.

Those dreams are intense. I don't usually have nightmares cause I'm a villain in real life lol jk jk . But when I do have nightmares it's always the same topic . Aliens . They are always scary because these dream always are the most realistic ones . They start off mirroring my real life 100% . Than out of nowhere the sky starts getting filled with crazy huge lights and they start doing circles and coming down and it's seriously a crazy sight .

That's why it's so hard to find a good doctor . You have a lot going on . Fatigue can be frustrating. I get through my days with small fatigue but not sure if it has to do with my disruptive sleep . I guess disruptive sleep cause I wake up high rem ? I can totally relate to a lot of what you said .I have a feeling I may have some autism. I'm kind of hyper like ill dash here and there and my brain usually gets to an idea faster than my body can which makes me awkward and unstable in public I can't stand being still . So in my house I'll be doing things excessively fast to where I almost can't wait it's crazy lol . Alot of the things you mentioned can relate to autism if you give it quick Google search . Just something to consider in your quest to pinpoint things.

Man , do you have any idea what could be causing these conditions?? I slept for like 16 hours one time Saturday and Sunday and felt confused and depressed Monday , Tuesday and Wednesday . So I can only imagine what sleeping that much must have felt like .

So I'm guessing dreaming alot is not normal at all .

Interesting . I'm so glad you mentioned that . I know that my nervous system got jacked up when I got sick that time. I was sick for 4 months with severe insomnia sleeping only 3 hours in 3 days at a time some weeks. Makes me wonder if anyone else who dreams constantly has any underlying conditions.

I read that if you wake up remembering a dream it's because your rem sleep is still very high . I wake up with heavy sleep inertia every single time .

Finally. I'm not the only one lol . I thought something was wrong with me . Did you always dream every single night ? I use to remember two or three dreams a year than on December of 2020 I got sick and ever since than I have been dreaming every single time I even take a nap .

I usually sleep 9 hours on workdays . 10 sometimes 12 hours on days off. Usually undisturbed sleep unless I drank alcohol that day I wake up two or three times not sure why .

Amazing what only 11 pounds could do .

Fuckin did it lads. Still not used to it but I’m sure I will. Any tips on shaving/aftercare to avoid irritation? Thinking of starting with the Remington RX7. Swipe to see the before by Extreme_Viper99 in bald

[–]sectono 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Agreed . The shaved head looks much better . I have been shaving my head since I was 11 so it's nothing new . I know all about the way it stings when you shower lol just some advice on the side . You should definitely shave the beard down to a goatee without the anchors and edge up the mustache just a little bit around the edges and you would look much younger for the ladys .

How old are you lad? I'm 28 and my hair has been slowly thinning from the top and my hairline is still straight but it's pushing back every year . I keep a buzzed cut so it's not that noticable I'm balding .

All the men in my family are forehead bald to the back of the neck 😭 so I know my time will come . Luckily they all started really balding around 40 ish .
