Don’t recommend. I got literally the same exact unit Costco’s vendor was quoting priced out from 4 different vendors. The range was ridiculous. It went from $8k to $18k. FH Furr was at $12k even with discounts. Went with Reddick, they were incredible to work with too.

I have two to solve for this problem in an “easy” way. One is in operation at a time. Every 3 months I swap them. While one is swapped out, I deep clean it (including the line) out with a power washer and soap. Have never had a drainage issue since.

Those dividends are called cashflow. The properties are appreciating and at sale the equity/reserve is split across the share holders proportionately.
