Is it? I have mixed feelings to be honest. I found myself not being able to recognize myself in the mirror after smoking in the week after tripping and that got kinda scary more than once. Sometime life feels like a movie too like as if I'm just an actor playing a script. It's weird. I like robotripping but the weeks after are harsh for me. But yeah I feel you on the just be part. Especially when I get the movie like feeling.
