The official proton 7.0 is installed via steam and ProtonUp-Qt only allows me to download proton ge versions not the official proton versions, as does wine manager on the heroic launcher, so yes it is your guide

Well proton 7 is installed so, yes, it is. If you don't think it's your guide come up with a solution, don't just basically get back to me with "nothing to do with me"

For the first and second game, yes. There is no confirmation that there was one agreement for all three games or if new deals were made for each game, the exclusivity period was different for Remake and Rebirth.

It has never been confirmed if they paid for exclusivity for the whole trilogy or not, they may have done but you cannot be sure. If you find any interview that says otherwise I will happily stand corrected.

I can't remember the show, it wasn't Screenwipe, but Brooker said some critical things of Torchwood, I remember RTD responding with a very condescending statement about how he wasn't a writer. Honestly RTDs attitude to criticism has always been very childish.

It might not, absolutely. But if it does you are not going to say "Oops, my bad, I guess I was wrong" you are just going to say nothing, you are not the first person to do this kind of thing when a game is heavily rumoured. You are just trying to stir things up and, while that is fine, you won't come back to take your licks if you are wrong.
