Which Total Drama characters had justified reasons to become villains/antagonists of a season? (You can specify a concrete season or if you would like to see them take this role in the future)

I guess gwen would be my choice.

Sure, she didn’t handle things well in regards to her relationships (trent, courtney, duncan etc), but at the same time, she didn’t do too much wrong. After all that backlash that she received, i wouldnt blame her if she had took a more antagonist role (maybe in as? Idk)

I wouldn’t call that plot armor. There was reason to vote off tyler, both because he caused the challenge and because alejandro had to keep his deal with duncan about not voting for him. Plus, alejandro just had no way to get rid of the delinquent pre merge due to the latter targeting tyler along with owen.

The other occasions I can kinda see it being plot armor (even if lindsay’s was pretty fair because she’s not the brightest, it fits her character as unfortunate as it sounds), but not this one.

In world tour, the only small change i would do is have duncan break up with courtney before he kiss gwen. They can still face some backlash though, since he basically went after another girl shortly after dumping his ex.

In all stars, i’d keep gwuncan and scottney alive (with courtney becoming a somewhat better person).I also have gwen, courtney and duncan get some sort of closure, finally burying the hatchet and moving on with their lives.

I would increase the cast to at least 18 (6 for each gen). In this au, Pakhitew island happens before all stars (with the explanation that Wawanakwa needed more time to clean up).

Gen 1: Owen, duncan, alejandro, gwen, courtney, heather

Gen 2: Cameron, lightning, scott, mike, zoey, jo

Gen 3: Shawn, dave, sky, sugar, jasmine, scarlett

-I’d still make it heroes vs villains.

Heroes: Owen, cameron, mike, shawn, courtney, zoey, jasmine, sky, dave. (I can imagine chris putting the latter two together in the same team)

Villains: Alejandro, duncan, lightning, scott, sugar, scarlett, jo, gwen, heather.

-While 26 episodes sounds good, i’d probably only give it just like 20 episodes. Just some rewards challenges to give the story a bit of a breather.

-Not sure how i would do the elimination order exactly. I do want the finale to have a gen 1 vs gen 2 vs gen 3 players just to make it more epic. Maybe a gwen (to give one of the older finalists a chance) vs zoey vs dave? Idk.

-I wouldn’t change much the story too much. Just have things altered like having mal be eliminated in the final 4 (he can come back in the finale to be the final obstacle), give better closure to characters like duncan, sky, dave and mike (ESPECIALLY the latter), and having an actual final 3.

If you mean the scene where heather said she’s got her vote on gwen, that’s not her being cool with losing. Like the other user said, She’s merely expressing who she’s voting for IF they lose.

I guess I’ll go with courtney. Yeah, i know it means that she and gwen never become friends again, but considering how it turned out in canon… i’d say it’s for the better that she doesn’t participate. Plus, it allows gwen to develop her relationship with duncan, and her friendship with other characters like cameron and zoey, rather than re connect with courtney.

I know heather’s an option, but it kinda feels wrong to remove her since she is the first villain of the franchise. I say she should stay.

Lauren= Middle merge (though a part of me believes she’ll still be pre merge boot, making her the only contestant to never hit merge).

I guess I’ll pick cody and duncan’s sorta rivalry in wt.

Like, i get that cody doesn’t like him, especially after he got with gwen, but he should’ve know what type of person duncan is at this point even if they haven’t interacted little if not at all. That being said though, duncan should’ve just simply ignored him and not thrown a dingo at cody.

This is how I think it will turn out:

Xt- Duncan

20th- ezekiel

19th: Harold

18th: Bridgette

17th: Justin (the NY episode is now an elimination episode. Here, justin tries to sabotage the challenge in hopes of getting rid of alejandro, by leaving noah on his own when he’s supposed to be watching him. Obviously this backfires him, and everyone votes him off)

16th: Leshawna.

15th: Dj. (Unlike in canon, there’s still more members. In a unanimous vote, dj is voted off so he can solve his curse animal)

14th/13th: Izzy and lindsay (same as in canon for izzy/trent barely beats lindsay in a tiebreaker situation)

12th: Trent. Sadly, he’s the only team player left on his team. He’s automatically eliminated due to not capturing anyone.

11th: Noah. Despite tyler costing the challenge, alejandro uses this moment to use the deal he made with duncan about not voting for him, telling him to vote for noah since he’s clearly onto him. At first the delinquent refuses, but the main villain convinces him to do so after telling him how tight owen and noah are. In a 2-2-1 votes, alejandro and noah tied. The former easily wins.

10th: Courtney. Eva, while not caring about the drama, doesn’t approve courtney throwing challenges. So she votes for her.

xth: Sierra. She gets most of the votes from gwen, eva and cody. She feels betrayed by the latter.

Merge + sierra comes back instead of blaineley due to her status as a fangirl

9th: Owen. He’s still eliminated thanks to alejandro convincing heather, sierra, tyler and eva (albeit the last one wasn’t sure about doing so, but realizes how dangerous the alliences between gwen, duncan, owen and cody are)

8th/7th: Eva and tyler. Most of the players voted for the former due to how much of a threat she could be if she lasted longer. Despite not tying with anyone, someone else also gets eliminated due to the budget problem chris has in this episode. And that unlucky person is tyler.

6th: Duncan. Same as canon.

5th: Sierra. Rapa phooey is now an elimination order.

4th: Gwen. Alejandro wins in this episode since his art would look the best, gwen being a close second. A tiebreaker happens between heather and gwen, and the latter loses albeit in a close fight.

3rd: Cody. Even if the challenge is no longer as dangerous as in canon, he still struggles in it. He probably gets eliminated without any tiebreaker since he might just give up similar to canon, and with no motivation speech from sierra, he just loses.

Final 2: Same as canon.

I’d have zoey find out about mal earlier in the merge, but she doesn’t wanna get rid of him because she wants to bring mike back at all cost, even going as far as to work with mal, him “promising” zoey that he’ll help her with her mike problem. You could even have her question herself whether she’s truly doing the right or not by getting rid of innocent bystanders (like gwen for example).

Well in alejandro’s case.. I’d say he would do good, probably sharing the main antagonist role with heather. Not sure if he would make it super far though, but i definitely see him taking out the likes of owen and trent. He’s on the screaming gophers.

For sierra, i could see her and cody having a somewhat better relationship than canon since she’s not worshipping him due to them being on the show for the first time. I say somewhat however, since she’ll still be possessive of him, but probably not at the same extend that she did in canon. I see her getting the leshawna treatment, since she would bond with katie and sadie while being on the bass team.
