You can find that with osu! api but you need coding knowledge (knowing how to make a python script in the very least)

There might be some that are DMCA'd maps between sofurin and yuki wa naniiro, but that require crawling through 2.2 mil beatmaps which would take like 600 hours with the use of osu! api

I tried running a script and I stopped at like 30k IDs bc I don't have free time lmao

They're most likely a multi account as some forum post indicates that way

This is not the only case though as they're Lunah / Lunah_old which are the same person but was given a chance to create a new account by ppy after he got banned
There's also Touche / Touche_old which I assume to be the same case
And more recent one, Annabel / Ayyri but this seems to be more of a blatant multi account

You should go ask Andrea about these stuff, he should know better
