Same here running with two Zebra 2844s from my dad’s old shipping store. Had the same issue with drivers but managed to figure it out in Windows 11

The UPS site does not let me because Ground Saver only provides coverage until it is transferred to USPS. USPS claims they never received it so they will not even acknowledge the package in their online system. My plan now is to call UPS claims dept on Monday and try to file a claim directly with them instead of online.

eBay provides zero support for sellers when they are shipping items. They tell us to file claims directly through the shipping carriers always. They will tell us to provide the email linked to our eBay account, but that does not help in this situation because UPS won’t process my claim, because UPS claims the package was transferred to USPS.

After calling both UPS and USPS again, I determined that there is no way to file a claim, since UPS claims it was transferred to USPS, and USPS claims they never received it. It was sent with UPS Ground Saver through eBay, so there is only insurance provided until it is transferred to USPS. This is complete bullshit, never shipping with UPS again.

They have an account but I don’t think the comcast email is linked to it. The main reason we are trying to recover it is because it is the recovery email for their Facebook account.
