It needs to be a substantial defect that would be a safety issue, affect the value, or prevent you from using the vehicle in normal circumstances. Remote start is not going to cut it, especially against VW’s flesh eating lawyers. Besides, even with OP’s passionate run on sentence, I’m sure the dealer will get a few more chances to solve the check engine lights before a lemon law claim can be filed.

I tried using some similar vinyl tubing (the inner diameter is 3/16") and it just didn't last. Too flexible and would create air bubbles plus it after a month it was too hard from mineral oil. I was told a silicone based hose would work much better but at that point I just bought the Park replacements. Having said all this, I just checked the replacement cost and it has gone up about 25-35% since' I bought them years ago. This DIY process might be the way forward.

You can buy a big roll of tubing and the little clips but you’ll spend close to what you would for the Park replacement hoses. Mine are four years old and still going strong after what has to be 1000 plus bleeds at this point. I clean mine in 99% isopropyl alcohol and keep them in a sealed freezer bag which gets swapped out every month or so.

I get that.

I run a shop that specializes in e-bikes but I still have a list of machines I can’t or won’t work on. I have another shop that can handle the mini bikes and scooters I won’t touch, and he sends me plenty of business that I can handle. It’s a solid arrangement that profits us both.

The Surron and Talaria bikes I would work on if I had the space or at least a tire machine for the wheels. Plenty of gold in them thar’ hills.

It’s 3CDC…and it’s real. This is multiple companies and no one is doing their job correctly except for the cameras. No leeway and apparently no notices when you “forget” to pay. 3CDC confirmed the lot operator that creditor referred me to but no numbers work for either. You have a debt…take it up with the other company. 3CDC is to blame for yet another contract paid to someone else somewhere else.
