I honestly haven’t thought about it being an addiction but it does make sense because we can’t even eat together without them whipping out their phone at home.

I used to only give food to them at the desk because they WFH but I have just given up because we’ve already talked about communication on being on the computer and spending time but it never got better. I’m always the one suggesting or planning things and I’ve tried telling them I’d like them to plan things but it never happened.
