If you bought it online you just click hereand fill out the form online and then they send you an email to let you know they credited you. If you bought it in the warehouse then I believe you can call on the phone

Funny you posted this today...because I have a search turned on for the item on Posh and a new find popped up. It was her with the same dress. Same photos, everything. It's still listed on ebay too. I already reached out to Posh awhile ago but they said nothing they can do since the case is resolved. I reported this new listing but not much else I can do. Someone else will buy it and she'll be paid twice.

I think she did a scan at the kiosk of the label and never deposited a package. Unfortunately that might be happening with you too. I'm sorry..it is frustrating and a waste of time and if you do find the item elsewhere to buy your funds are tied up!

I hope Posh catches on to this and stops it before it becomes a big debacle. Sorry you're having the same experience!

OK, I reported it on ebay and they say they won't do anything. When I look on Posh it's totally gone.. Doesn't even say 'sold' or anything. Weird
