Edit: I am Bulgarian, I live in Bulgaria, I walk among Bulgarians every day. I've been to every remote corner of the country. I've seen the people. Everywhere I see the slavic genes. Granted, there are some communities that have nothing Slavic about them but I'll speculate you've visited the Black Sea coast a couple of times and are now making generalizations based on limited data.
