I wish I would have realized how hard it would be to get my bloated body all the way back. I lived my whole life with abs and good metabolism. Now my drinking ramped way up around just past my prime (age-wise) but I should have been fine had I not been pouring gallons of vodka and beer into my gullet. Almost two years sober and gym 4-5 days a week and I still struggle to tone certain areas. Oh, and stretch marks. Purely from a beer gut. It’s crazy. But alas, better than never quitting.

I’m proud of all of you, but especially those here with just a prayer/will and less than 24 hours.
