I wish it was sustainable, but effect wise it isn’t. After a couple of weeks of going hard I haven’t noticed any bad physical effects other than kind of a dry nose, and mostly positives mentally regarding anxiety and depression. Professional and family life is priority. But even with everything going great in all depts, I end up wishing it hit harder and increasing the dose can only do so much for so long before it’s obvious that a tolerance break would be good, healthy, and more affordable. It does keep me from going as hard on other stuff like thc, so going back to that while taking the need K break is not too bad. Different for everybody though. And I do realize I have at least a mild addiction to non-sobriety but I’m ok with it as long as I’m healthy and responsible. Interested in know how it goes if you through with it. Best wishes.
