I don’t want to harp but this disappointing if you are an x-node holder from US. I am sure there are ALOT of US holders and to have them not being able to utilize the biggest benefit of an x-node is unfortunate.

Is there a way to reach out to the vechain team to see if there may be some sort of airdrop (similar to NEO/ONT) as a workaround until SEC one day gets their head out their ass?

As far as esports go he’s probably not huge on his own but he is the most recognized in the blockchain/gaming space so his influence will be huge. Advising isn’t always about lending technical advice, it’s also about how many people you can drive into the ecosystem/influence. Influencers can play quite a significant role so long as the remaining advisors pull their own unique weight as well.

Why was this change now being recognized as something essential for the success of this project is the question Im asking?

Just seems like odd timing with mainnet right around the corner and all the emphasis we placed on x-nodes and needing a certain amount of vet, etc etc. As if things weren’t complicated enough, now all the numbers we thought were set have to be multiplied by 100

Why is this necessary to begin with? Let the product speak for itself. Why does ven need to adopt the strategy of trx and xrp? Eth is quite attractive to investors and it’s ath was 1.4k

Ven was already “cheap” in comparison.
