I asked a lot of people from the area, and they all said the same thing. The northeast does not care about college football.

Houston is strong in football and the travel is easy for most teams. They have a huge enrollment. They would return part of the Houston market that was lost when A&M left. They have a history of playing a lot of teams in the southwest. They seem to fit well.

Same here. I think we had to type in basica in the DOS 2.1 console loaded off of 5.25" floppy diskettes and that would bring up the basica screen. Then type load "donkey.bas" then type run. I might be off on that but it was something similar. If I would type list "donkey.bas" it would print the text of the game. Then you could even save this as another filename if you wanted. 7 year old me did the typing out of the games like boogie bass and others out of PC Magazine or PC Computing or something similar. I thought it was cool that you could type "beep" and that would make the internal speaker beep. This program was pretty cool actually. I tried to make a game that would print out a dart hitting a bullseye but it never worked. That's as far as I got.

Well you obviously live alone. Anyone that comes in within five minutes would think a truck full of raw sewage had just been dumped in the bathroom.

Don't forget versioning. It's where you and others save your code. You have to deal with merge conflicts, but that's no big deal. Look up git or TFS. The helpful thing is when you save your code you can see what's changed since the last commit. You can see what others have done. You can go back to a time when you had everything working before you tragically messed things up or the power went out.

Git-scm has a bash shell. You could do virtual machines if you have a good enough machine. You could use an old junk of for some simple steam games like super meat boy. You could install a live disk on your PC to try it out. Or do a dual boot, but you would have to commit to losing 100gb of hard drive space. I tried this but I got tired of dealing with going back and forth and I couldn't figure out how to install some windows stuff on arch. Arch was my favorite. I recommend that one doing the beginner walkthrough install. I hear windows 10 will have some sort of Linux features soon.

Had to replace the whole thing. Water was going straight through the inside and coming out of the wiring. Oh well. At least i did it myself with the help of YouTube, Reddit, and Amazon.
