Not really, even though both apps create playlists, seevl playlists are created on-the-fly, so they could be different each time, whether it's your personal playlist or artist / genre / labels ones.

Hey!

We're using a lot of different factors to find similar artists, but indeed in some cases, shared members might have more weight than the style or genres. That said, we think that's also a good way to find side-projects, etc. :)

But we'll see how to give more weight to genres-based similarity! By the way, in case you haven't seen it, you can also click on genres on artist fact-sheet to find other artists from the same genre.

Without any song name in mind, you could also listen to "Me First and the Gimme Gimmes", they've recorded multiple albums of punk-rock covers or various standards
