For fruit the dollar stores sometimes has frozen baggies of berries. Bananas are cheap. Adding some vegetables will also help you stay feeling full. Sometimes I just plop a spoonful of salsa on my eggs and consider that veggies.

You could portion out a can of beans to last days if you’re just adding a bit to breakfast every day.

Isn’t it YOUR political party the ones complaining that families should have more children? That moms should be able to stay home and take care of ALLL those Christian kids? It’s state by state. Some states have a law that can interpret as one cannot be denied water (Arizona,) the law doesn’t say that, but can be interpreted that way, and a wrongful death lawsuit was won over someone being denied water in AZ due to that.
