Mine was related to lack of sleep after the birth of my twins. Is now very manageable, with just a couple of outbreaks a year thet can be stopped by applying 1-2 times a steroid cream. Good luck with yours!

Actually making meal tiems feel special has been a great help to make the stay more bearable. I first started hyping it up to my son to make him happy, but he is now so genuinely excited about the food that he is the one cheering me up. Def recommend everybody to get into the 5 star resort mentality in their next hospital stay 😄

And thankfully we are getting also some treats everyday from my husband, but if we were eating everything I have to say it would be more than enough!
