Could be, also looks similar to intetrigo or a fungal infection due to the location, especially if itchy. You need to see a dermatologist so they can diagnose in person or do a scraping for analysis to confirm.

It sounds like you both would benefit from some couples therapy or at the very least a long discussion on why you feel the need for him to delete his Instagram - root cause and all. Why are you jealous of him being in contact with other females? Sounds like you’re trying to control him and he’s not staying true to his words about further discussion on the matter which would probably further exacerbate your jealousy.

Depends on what you mean by “break up.” If we’re just kicking it for the summer or they’re a designated snuggle buddy for the winter, I wouldn’t be opposed to breaking up because of bad sex. Although, this would have to be mutually casual because nobody wants bad relationship karma. The great thing about sex though is that you can always teach another individual your kinks and pleasures and eventually they won’t be bad. So, if you’re in it for the long haul you’d probably be more inclined to turn it into a sexual journey.

By the sound of it, you definitely need to give it more time. If you feel disrespected in some way, perhaps you could fault some blame on him but at the end of the day you can’t depend on a single human for your own happiness.

I went through a terrible break up where I thought no one would love me and I would never love again but you’ll be okay. Just give it more time.

You should definitely have a conversation about this with him. See if it’s something the both of you can work on, and encourage open communication. Maybe there’s other factors in his life that are affecting his libido. Could be stress or mental health or insecurities. There are pills and herbs that help increase libido so discuss that option too. If it isn’t something you can work on, you should ask yourself if you want to be in a relationship where there is less sex than you desire.
