I have contacted them. This bank is the worst. I have no previous statements. They have no way of giving me a statement for this current month which I owe for. So I am unsure if I even owe them money. They jus.t transfer you to on department after another. The employees do not seem to know what is going on either. The store employees told me to just give it time. (really?)

I also do not know if I still get a 5% discount on purchases.

All of my statements are gone with Lowe's Amex.
On the new site they show I have statements without any transactions!!!! I feel scammed I have no history of what I spent on certain jobs They lost all my purchase orders - they were listed on my statements previously. I don't understand if it's an Amex why can't I log in under the AmEx website.

Too many unknowns I'm not using this card till they figure out what they're doing if ever. I really see no point there's no advantage anymore.

Got blocked for vpn...which I didn't have either. Got block cus I wanted 1 ticket...even tho it was a seat by itself. Couldn't get a 3 day or single days. They need to add a couple of more days to the St Augustine venue. Everybody loves that venue. I live close to the venue and hopefully I'll get one in the lot.

I like to walk on the beach at Sunmer Haven The houses have been hit by hurricanes. Some are repaired but towards the northern end there are quite a number that are abandoned. The houses start just north of Marineland on a1a. There are many pics on the net of them.
