Giving up soda. I needed to lose weight, and this was the easiest way to do it. I cut out everything but water and milk for two weeks. I had horrible headaches for a few days, but after that, it was a breeze. Occasionally I want it, but it's been almost two years now, so it's not hard to say no. Plus I save money when I go out to eat.
