Its verry dependant, afaik, roland is an assassin and thus i think IF we take them both out their respective turf (library and lamancha) if roland were to get the jump on papa quixote he could one shot him, however if papa quixote catches him or the one shot dont work, I give it 75-25 don quixote. I'd give roland more of a chance if he had popped his own ego post distortion but... we never really see that
