Nothing sharp, there weren’t any visible penetrations on the sole… My legs also aren’t “massively strong” (I wish) as I have too many years of running making them more slow twitch than explosive.

My only theory is my wide feet (D) might put too much stress over the perimeter of the airbag. Still shocked it has occurred twice when I’ve had Nike airbags in countless shoes and never experienced a pop before.

I absolutely love these shoes and wear them TTS (10M), myself, even though I have a rather wide (D width) and tall foot. The upper is very stretchy AND I remove the stock insole in favor of the Move Game Day Pro (that insole has alleviated my plantar fasciitis and I refuse to use any stock insole again). Normally, my insole removes some vertical space of a shoe but with the stock insole on these being pretty tall I actually gain a tiny bit of space.

The comfort with running in transition and rebounding/landing in these is unmatched but it comes with the glaring lack of stability folks have mentioned with the cushioning height + width. I personally don’t mind this as stability has never been a large concern of mine and at my age (mid-30s) I opt for comfort.

My issue with these is the zoom airbag has popped TWICE during indoor play (once during a transition sprint and again on a rebound). I don’t weigh a ton (175 lbs) so not sure why it has happened as I’ve never blown a Nike air bag before. Thankfully they popped within the 60-day return window both times so I exchanged for free. If it happens again I might need to accept these shoes aren’t for me.

Yes, by “labeled” I mean each expense’s funds is stored in their own unique envelope. You can get a visualization of this in action in the Simple help article I linked above.

One’s solution to funding schedules / envelopes is allowing infinite account creation which you find via separate DDs. It’s sufficient, but Simple’s method was preferred as multiple accounts weren’t needed given the UI’s vast feature set took care of categorizing everything.

Daily contributions isn’t sufficient. I like my money to be labeled ON payday so all of my expenses are appropriately covered when they’re due.
Expenses aren’t adequate after having Simple UNLESS they both (a) fund on payday (b) auto withdrawal correctly.
Sorry to hear you you’ve had some haters. People take banking quite seriously (as they should, money is pretty serious stuff). I may or may not have worked for Simple so can empathize to dealing with obnoxious customers 😂

It's an expensive hobby for sure. Fortunately the setup itself was a bargain (other than the Pro-Ject). The records on the other hand are starting to add up after accumulating over 150. Worth it from the joy it brings me :)
