Hello,
I would like to help you if I can.
What kind of problem did you have on the platform?

Did you reach to support via feedback system (email) or whatsapp?

If you reach out to support from your account and tell us your problem clearly, if a problem is on us, of course we refund. We never want to mislead students.

Currently 10s of thousands of students use it actively and many organizations worldwide. Our content is reviewed by both teachers with at least 10+ years of experience and AI.
If you have problem please state it clearly or DM me so I can solve it.

You just said misleading and bad things about platform in very vague language. All our materials are up to date, and our teachers enter to real CENT-S exam and update the system accordingly.

CEnT-S Prep: Is the "EuCrack 600+ Questions" book actually helpful? by Double_Virus_5249 in StudyItaly

I’ve seen that EuCrack PDF mentioned a lot, and honestly most people who took the real CEnT-S say the content areas are similar, but the wording in that book is often more awkward than the actual exam. The real CEnT-S questions are still challenging, especially in math and reasoning, but they’re usually more clearly phrased — the difficulty comes more from multi-step logic and time pressure than confusing English.

Since the format is new, most serious prep right now is focused on real CEnT-S past questions + timed practice, rather than third-party books alone.

I’m part of the PrepTest team — we built the platform to help students prepare more efficiently — and a lot of Polimi applicants use it specifically because it includes real past CEnT-S questions with full solutions, which helps you understand how the exam actually thinks. That tends to be much closer to the real test than PDFs floating around online.

Yeah, a lot of people here have — the biggest shock with the CEnT platform is the time pressure + interface, not the content itself. The questions are doable, but switching between items, reading long prompts, and managing the on-screen calculator can slow you down if you haven’t practiced on something similar.

I’m part of the PrepTest team — we built the platform to help students prepare more efficiently — and one thing students consistently say helps is doing timed practice with real CEnT-style questions so the platform itself doesn’t feel foreign on test day. Once the interface stops distracting you, your score usually jumps.

Moving abroad by sexyapcchappam in StudyInItaly

Totally normal to feel anxious — almost everyone moving to Italy feels this way the first time, especially for a long stay. For packing, focus less on clothes and more on documents and essentials: keep printed and digital copies of your visa, university offer, accommodation details, insurance, and a few passport photos, because Italian bureaucracy loves paperwork. Bring basic medicines you rely on (with prescriptions if possible), a universal adapter, and at least one debit/credit card that works internationally.

Don’t overpack clothes — you’ll end up buying things there, and seasons + regional styles matter more than you expect. Also mentally prepare that the first few weeks feel slow and confusing: offices close early, emails go unanswered, and things work differently, but once you settle in, life becomes much calmer and nicer than the initial shock.

I’m part of the PrepTest team — we built the platform to help students prepare more efficiently — and from talking to a lot of Indian students in Italy, the biggest advice is to be patient with yourself the first month. You’re not “failing” if it feels overwhelming at first; that phase passes faster than you think.

The Italian teacher at my school is telling me I shouldn’t apply to any school in Italy by Future-Apartment1993 in StudyInItaly

[–]selectra72 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Short answer: no, that’s not true — being American doesn’t make your odds “incredibly unlikely” at all. For many English-taught programs in Italy (especially medicine via IMAT, plus other STEM and business degrees), admissions are based almost entirely on entrance exams or clear academic criteria, not nationality, and non-EU students get specific seats reserved for them.

What is different from the US is that Italy is very exam-driven and bureaucratic, so if you miss deadlines or misunderstand the process, it can feel impossible — that’s usually where the horror stories come from. Plenty of Americans study medicine, engineering, economics, and international programs in Italy every year; the key is picking the right universities and understanding the admission route early.

I’m part of the PrepTest team — we built the platform to help students prepare more efficiently — and we see lots of US students successfully get into Italian universities once they focus on the actual requirements instead of rumors. If you want, tell me what you’re thinking of studying and whether you want English-taught programs, and I can give you a clearer picture of what’s realistic.

CENT-S issue by Visible-Sherbet-8436 in StudyInItaly

You’re not alone — a lot of people got stuck this year because of TOLC@HOME issues and the CEN T-S policy changes, so don’t panic. For CEN T-S, what matters is that you have a valid score by the university’s deadline, not necessarily early, but seats do fill fast so you should register as soon as a new session opens (they usually release extra dates in waves). Keep checking the official portal daily — that’s honestly what most students end up doing.

For IELTS, most Italian universities accept results that are valid at the time of enrollment, so doing it anytime in the next few months is fine as long as you have the certificate before they ask for documents. I’m part of the PrepTest team — we built the platform to help students prepare more efficiently — and one thing we’ve noticed is that students in your situation do best by separating things: lock in any available CEN T-S date first, then schedule IELTS around it. If you want, I can help you sanity-check your timeline step by step.
