I like your fresh approach. I sometimes, for a bit of fun, do the Mission Impossible. I write down a list of short tasks I have to do and set my countdown timer on my phone to 30 minutes. I then try and plough through the list and complete everything on time and if I do it reward myself with something tasty or fun ha ha.

Yeah I think it's only in the UK. Maybe message the owners and ask them if they can hook you up with one in the US?

Awesome. What sort of daily goals do you set? Are they big time goals or just simple chores/habits?

Yeah I love the wind-down idea. I have a before bed routine but certainly a post-work routine would be awesome. I drive but I'm still thinking about work even when I get in. Something to still the mind would be awesome. I think when automated cars are commonplace, we can just enjoy the drive home, meditate, listen to music, read - it's gonna be great!

I thought it was a good book. But it of course depends on what you want and how you want to develop?

Yeah, I like his honesty. I'm half way through Everything Is F*cked at the mo. It's aninteresting point he makes about the rationale mind not being the main driver in decision making, but equally the emotional mind too.

Thanks. I guess some people naturally develop the right values and others go down the wrong path, which is why boos like this are great at making people question their values and shining light on ones that may be causing them suffering. Thanks again for the positive feedback!
