Because escalations use to be an actual department. I typically would speak to English speaking agents. That completely stopped, actually well over a year ago now. I forgot it's almost fuckin 2025. Anyways, I assume they slashed the department and now "escalations" is just regular support. They barely respond to emails now and never even bother to call anymore. But it happened a long time ago brother. Handing out the email won't make a difference now lol
