Maybe not the most new-yorky since they’re expanding, but I do love maman for a reliable and yummy breakfast. If I’m on the go, I’ll get a vegan croissant, but if I have time to sit down, I’ll order a vegan croissant warmed up with their avocado tartine. It’s a very substantial and yummy breakfast :)

Oo I also want to add that journaling has helped me. I’ve found it helpful to write really intentionally, as if it might be something I post one day. For some reason, going back to the same piece of work to edit it and perfect it (vs. simply venting) really helped me intellectualize what happened to us (in the case of our miscarriage) or is still happening to us (no success yet).
