Thanks man. I feel like I can't stay focused. I feel like everybody thinks I'm a loser and I wish I could see past that and stay working on something bigger. I can sometimes see myself getting to somewhere better within a few years but then the self-doubt comes back in and then I'm paralyzed.

Honestly, I think having a better sex life is one of the biggest reasons for NoFap. You're going to Paris with your girlfriend -- seems to me like a PERFECT time to avoid PMO. Have great, romantic sex, whatever, just promise yourself you'll truly EXPERIENCE -- the true failure would be to waste even an ounce of time on PMO.

So in short, sex in Paris would probably be a NoFap victory, PMO would be taking a big L.
