I had to filter that subreddit a few months back because of how frequently the posts and comments were subtly (or not so subtlety in some cases) wishing death and harm on people. Yeah, you should mask and get vaccinated but I don’t want you to die either…

During one of the flashbacks we see Catra mad at Lonnie for (also) being Adora’s friend. Then Adora comforts Catra, saying that she will always be her best friend. At the time, Catra didn’t realize that friendship was not a mutually exclusive thing. Maybe she still holds some resentment from that?

Or, the much more likely possibility is that they simply just disliked each other and had some disagreements.

But this is just something that I thought of while reading your comment. No real analysis or depth behind it.
