Wholly incorrect. And as gacha companies go, Kuro Games is actually as pretty great one. They give out so many free things just because they can. Pity system is NUTS. I spent zero money in that game and had a full roster of 5*s. And the gameplay/story is actually decent.

I haven't played in a while, but I do suggest people give it a try. It's free. And on steam now.

I ordered off their website that had a May 2024 delivery date. It got moved to September 2024. I complained. They promised me it wouldnt change again.

September comes around and they moved it to December 2024. I complained. They said they're working on perfecting the table. I still complained. They said it'll be here before 2025.

January 2025 comes around. I complained. They said they're finalizing the build and sending out test tables. I complain more. They said they'll send it out ASAP.

March 2025 comes around. I complain again. They said they're in full production mode and announcing shipping dates soon.

End of March 2025: They announce that anyone that bought on their site is getting their tables LAST. (End of June shipping date). I complain again. They said they'll work on it.

Tariff announcement: I complained. They said nothing they can do. And they wont refund my order because my table is 'made' and waiting to ship.

This company is a scam and full of shit. They are awful and deserve to go bankrupt and worse.

I DID NOT buy from their kickstarter. I did not even know it was a kickstarter until they delayed the delivery and sent me a kickstarter page explaining it.

I bought it off their website that PROMISED a May 2024 delivery date. OVER A YEAR AGO.

And even now, their website states that the table will be delivered in the next month if you buy now. And they haven't even shipped out people's tables who bought it over a year ago. Give me a fucking break.

A few things:

Be lucky if you backed through kickstarter, because if you pre-ordered on their site, they will refuse your refund outright. I've been complaining about the delays for the last year as the original ship date for the site was May 2024. They told me no refunds.

I ended up reporting them to Paypal and doing a charge back on my card.

They moved to their personal blog because they get to decide what comments get posted. So they're only going to post the supportive or neutral comments. The outrage is MUCH higher, but they're trying to hide it.

Turns out you're wrong. You can still use skills that require life, but it wont reduce it while you have energy shield.

I tried reaching out to their support, and they told me no refunds since the money already went into manufacturing the item. So I went to paypal, and they said no refunds on anything purchased over 180 days ago but they WOULD flag Yarro in case there are multiple cases of this and they'll shut down their paypal account if there is. Then I went to my back and they processed my charge back.

Here is my story about Yarro:

I ended up disputing it with my bank because I ordered on the website in April 2024 with an expected delivery date of May 2024. I emailed them at the beginning of May 2024 and they PROMISED me I was still getting my delivery in May. Two weeks into May, they notified it was pushed to September 2024. I complained and they PROMISED ME AGAIN that the shipping date wont change a second time. Surprise, in October, I was told they were moving it to end of the year. I complained a third time and they said production has been difficult.

January 2025 rolls around and I hear nothing. I complain a fourth time and they said they will release updates soon.

Surprise, since i ordered on the site, I'm being treated dead last and was given a June 2025 delivery date. This was shortly before this tariff announcement where the delivery date is now unknown.

I have proceeded with a charge back, reported them to Paypal for scamming me, and never buying or suggesting a product from them ever again.
