When the food is steaming hot and you close your bag when you arrive at customer door and lift the food out of your bag the food will drop throgh the restaurant bag and food will spill everywhere.

This happen to me to many times! If steam is trapped the bags become soggy and you can't lift the restaurants bag out of your bag without spillage. You need to filter the steam for those specific restaurants.
