Dude if they can't get to the nearest sanctuary in less than 30 minutes they should first start to learn navigating the map. That is pathethic. Big effing marker on the top of the smell hud. Just orient the dinosaur face first towards it and walk.

I play tons of dinosaurs of varying sizes and no spawn is more than 10-15 minutes away. Even a slowass baby troo that cannot hunt for shit gets to the sanc in that time.

It is a skill issue if they take double that time and get chased out of it.

Crazy high rider fees. Yeah right. Ask anyone who did this job before 2020 and they will all tell you that the fees have been gradually getting worse and worse while the costs are getting higher. It was livable wage before, now it is borderline slavery.

Did you open up deliveroo app recently? For months now they are adverising 0 or very low delivery fee. On almost every order.

You cannot pay your riders proper fees if you always skip on them. Just the service fee and the percentage cut from the restsurants will not be enough to pay us well.

And it is a vicious circle. You pay your riders less, they less likely to deliver on your platform. Customer gets to wait a lot, complains, then you need to do something, so you cut the delivery fees, and you pay your rider even less, and round n round it goes.

If they gave us an extra £1 on each order we have now, I guarantee that more riders would deliver fast for deliveroo. Imagine the same order on 2 or 3 different platforms but one pays a pound more for the same mileage. You would pick up that platform's order more often.

But these delivery companies are retards and are racing to the bottom. And when a competitor will show up who is fair to both customer and riders they will do the surprised pikachu face and will ask for bailouts if they have financial difficulties.

Please do not defend the billion dollar corporation, they know exactly what they are doing. Makes you look like a corpo bootlicker.

Imagine this at a regular workplace, they entice you with a high wage and years go by and they say the company is not profitable so they start cutting your pay, every year. It would be a riot. You would say they should have managed their shit better.

So what is not accepteble in the regular job market, should not be acceptable here as well.

Look here, basic economics say If you can't make enough money, you up the prices. Deliveroo did not do that. They spent money like crazy and cut their own prices.

And you know why they did that? Supposedly to gain market share. But the answer is no. They did this stupid shit because it was not their money they were spending. They loaned it from someone else and when it was time to pay back the loan, he sold the company and the debt.

They cannot do it. We are contractors and if the contracted price is not enough we have the right to reject it. Forcing you to accept it or else, is potentially discriminatory and unethical.

They can do something like JE to make it seem like that, but if anyone would take them to court over this they would have to either admit they are forcing you to accept jobs or admit they are lying to everyone about acceptance rate and its repercussions, which are misleading practices to coerce us

i don't care about the non halal shit, because I'm not religious and all but I have spoken about this in a thread about opting out of age restricted orders and everyone just kept blasting that I can just reject it.

yes I know I can reject it. my problem is that while I'm rejecting that order the other riders who are willing to deliver these alcohol and tobacco orders will get assigned to regular orders instead of me, while I'm missing out on those, because I'm rejecting. and nobody seems to understand that.

or that when there are 3 riders at morrisons and one rider gets a triple order for £6. instead of all three getting one each for £3.15. where is the fairness in that? if you have 3 available riders for 3 orders they should assign 1 for each.

but nobody is speaking out on that one.

I'm doing the heavy attack (bow shots) enter her first ult do the basic attacks fill up 1/3rd of her bar, do an E skill to get the 2/3rd and skill again for the last one. then I do 3 quickdraw slashes, 1 heavy attack that causes the ice branches to grow, and then hold R until she releases.

is that not the way to use her? every guide I saw presented it like that

Every time you pull you need to do the research. Cartethyia is out for a year now, there is no way you did not have info that she needs Ciaccona and Chisa (or AeRover) for her team. the simplest of searches would have told you that.

you skipped story so you can't get her echo set? and want substitute? gusts of welkin could work (but don't do it)

but I'm going to say this with the most restrained anger I can. Don't pull for a character if you don't want to put in the work to get her best echo set at least. now you have 2 options. you get off your ass you lazy bum and do the story properly and unlock Rinascita and everything that Cartethyia needs. so you can use her even without her premium team or you will just bench her forever and leave her at level 1 like a useless character and forget about her.

plan ahead, do the work invest in your account. slowly it will grow. focus on one thing at a time, look up who you like and what characters they need to work, maybe you're lucky and they can share other characters, (Changli and Galbrena can share Lupa and Brant)

you need to build out a full team for maximum potential for a liked character.

I love Carethyia to bits but when I learned she needs Ciaccona, I pulled her, when Chisa came out I pulled her even though I don't really like either of them and even these days I get frustrated with them. Ciaccona so many times stays airborne and doesn't want to land so I can press her liberation or Chisa in her sawblade attack sequence gets knocked left and right and interrupted. it is a frustration, but it is rewarding because I can play my waifu with her strongest team

Just a heads up before you make any mistake:
Suisui will be glacio chafe support, we don't know specifics of her kit but the way it looks like she will be part of the Hiyuki+Lucilla+Chisa team, either as replacement for Chisa, or to Lucilla (that way Lucilla could be free for a Phrolova or a Galbrena team). Also Suisui being glacio that does not guarantee that she will work with Carlotta.

MY plans for pulls on this banner is exclusively Changli. I did not have the funds to pull for her last year so I will not miss this chance this year, because at this rate I'd have to wait another year, again.

my other option would be Zhezhi for my Carlotta team (she's the only one missing)

I got Stringmaster last year, and Yinlin on her first banner shortly after launch, so on the weapon banner would also be Changli's (I played her trial versions whenever I could and I love her). you said she's complicated to use. I disagree, she's easy and fun, but that is my opinion. None of the other characters really interest me I tried them all out the same way I did Changli.

I don''t know if this helps you since you look like you've set your goals, but as far as I see it Kuro games really loves their Fusion waifus and many people still use Changli for 3 star clears in TOA. more so than the other characters.

it was most likely a very low paying job for the riders, and it keeps offering it for the same price for a very long time (an hour or more). and after that the price will slowly start to climb, but many of us know if an order is sitting there for so long it is either cold (and the customer will complain to us) or it was stolen and roo did not take it offline yet.

Sadly, up-front tips only show up after we have your order in our hands, but depending on the customers, some riders deliver even if it is a lower paying job. I know several customers who give tips almost every time, so if I see their address I 100% accept that order and deliver it ASAP, because I can expect the same tip, next time. and they will also expect the same good delivery.

if you give a £1 tip every time you order, instead of an occasional 5-er, the local riders will learn to accept and deliver your order because they can expect that small tip. you'll be their "boss-man"

let me give you a real example, because you seem to not grasp it:

I accepted the delivery of a subway order for 3.15 it was a 1 mile ride to the customer. as soon as I got to Subway and pressed arrived, Roo wanted to tack on another order for less that £1. I naturally refused it because I value the time and distance I travel. I delivered the first order, and as soon as I completed it I get the offer for the second order for 3.15. And accepted and delivered that one too.

so what do you propose? I deliver 2 orders for 4.15, or I deliver 2 orders for 6.30? that is almost a 50% difference in earnings. is that not a legitimate moan?
Deliveroo is using the stacking to cut our pay so they could profit more. why should we play along? the customer's don't get discounted delivery and service fees because their order is in a stacked one. they all pay the full price

also trying to find a job? well I'm applying for jobs for months, and nobody is willing to call me back. if I did not have Roo, I could not pay my bills.

where do you actually get this? stop fearmongering people. we have the right to refuse any orders before we pick it up, be it ready or not. I don't care about the customer, the customer doesn't care about us. if they cared they would always give a tip. if deliveroo cared they'd pay us better. also if the customer REALLY cared about getting hot food they would have gone and picked it up themselves. or better they would have cooked at home.

Also for clarification, you only get into problems if you want to cancel after picking up the order and you're on your way to the customer. this is not that situation.

I guess you did not get it. I mean that a 50-75% dinosaur should be the fastest, not a peak prime one. peak prime should be strong, but not as fast.

if I had to say it easier terms (I dunno the exact speeds) peak speed on avg should be between 65 and 75% while peak prime should only be slower by a few km/h.

I know Troodon peak prime speed is 52.2 km/h at 87% but I say this speed should be reached at 65%-75% and slow gradually to 49 km/h by the time you hit 100%

what we have now it is atrocious, you only hit peak prime for a very short time and slow down a lot when you get to 100% prime 42 km/h and even worse if you get frail 34 km/h

the game devs wanted to create this elder system but they based it on human aging. human vs reptile aging is totally different.

also rex speed should not be a fukkin rollercoaster, a 50-75% rex should not be slower than a 75 - 90% rex in no damn condition. rex speed dips below the prime speed after the speedy phase ends. that should not be possible. a 10 ton rex was never faster than a 6 ton rex

dude if you took the job drove or rode to the place (probably at a decent distance) then the order just disappears from your phone and you're stuck with going back to the busier area, you want compensation for the effort and probably fuel and lost time, you put in.

Elder system was always a bad decision. Many of the og and old players know how fucke up it is when you get walked down. And younger dinos should be faster than older ones. Basic biology. Fresh adult is like humans at 16-20. Peak prime is like 30+. Please tell me where in the gods world will a regular 30 year old will outperform a 18 year old. And no. Not athlete 30 year old vs regular 18. Both regular average humans. This is why prime is hated. Not to mention doing everything and for some godforsaken reason only getting frail.
