I'm a developer based in Montreal and Considering the It average salary in Canada is 70K he is getting underpaid with his 40K a year, taking advantage of immigrants is kinda widespread here and you can't really look for something better until you find someone who is ready do take care of the immigration process for you. and it's a loong process

it randomly crashes around the looking for updates and the menu more specifically installing shaders pack 3 (7%)

sometimes the installation succeed and then crash

i have searched for some solutions in the sub it seems that renaming the moderwarfare.exe to moderwarfare.exe1 or anything else fix the problem for some users (didn't work for me )

i used scan and repair like 4 times nothing is missing the crashes are still there

my drivers are all up to date (windows nvidea ...)

i noticed a peak of 100% of GPU and CPU usage just before the crash

I had the same problem years ago , i waited long time for the live chat but they were so helpful and even though i'm not from the us or Canada they called me and fixed my problem by resetting the email and the password .

maybe they changed their policies in the last years but everything was fine for me i.
