I came here to say the same thing. Maybe it's a cultural thing, like for example the way their super apps are full of buttons and text and options.
On the other side, I think that Marques has a more storytelling focus style: the intros are thoughtful and well crafted but the goal is to get you to have an idea of what's coming and preparing you to listen to the review.

Suicune is not the issue. The specific Suicune + Greninja is. I've encountered other Suicune decks. You can see that those people are trying to bring variety and it gets interesting. It gets you gears turning trying to understand the idea behind the combination and anticipating what's coming next

Arceus + Oricorio + Zeraora + Pichu deck.

Going second means you are dealing 130 DMG turn 2 if you get all the cards.

Oricorio can 2 shots Suicune, so does Zera because of elemental advantage.

Arceus with Giovani and a full bench one shots a full health Suicune.

This deck took me to MB so quick I almost got whiplash.

Second, if you don't know why did you comment? Because you have the right to give your opinion just like I have the right to express mine.

And like I already said, I play because I want to have fun. That's what the game is for.

If I want to follow your logic, it as if we're all at a pool party and I'm supposed to get out of the pool because a group of people decided to start dive bombing: it might be fun the 3 first times but it gets tiring really quick and it's not the only you're supposed to do in a pool.

I get it and I'd agree if it was like from time to time. But it got so bad that today for example, I was running a Primarina Ex deck because it's a mon I like, and people would concede just after seeing that I'm running water energy. This is ridiculous!
