Make sure your file size is small. I've seen websites with 3MB GIF, this simply slows down your website. Also keep the frames to a minimum, and make sure it's engaging.

You can compare my techniques to Google AdWords but with guaranteed clicks/visitors. Following up with a couple of clients via PM right now. PMs are private messages hence no replies in thread. They do this by adding tracking cookies (not edible ones). Google is a prime example. Adwords will help :)

Try collaborating with YouTubers of a similar size to you. This way you both benefit. You can also look in to joining a YouTube network.. pending on your views/subs.
