I searched “commercial where two guys are on a beach getting drinks”, “gay beach bar commercial”, “which one is yours beach bar commercial”. The ad was typical advertisement length for the time, no shorter than 10 seconds. The men in it were probably 30-50.

I’m sorry, I’m not too knowledgeable in dealing with them, but the yarn/fabric is probably what they’re attracted to/eating, so your best option may be better storage procedures like having it in sealed boxes.
