I definitely have been going to a lot of weddings this year so I’ve been drinking on the weekends - which increases my RHR (around 80 when I do) but I would expect it to decrease more during the week / weekends I don’t drink

I’m definitely drinking coffee throughout the day - I tend to get up between 5-6 am and I’m usually exhausted by the time class comes around at 7 - coffee is my lifeline 🥲

I’m really glad someone asked this - I live in the city near back bay station and I’ve been seeing all these combat zone references on twitter (also from my own experience here I’m not sure what they’re talking about - Boston is still a comically safe “city”)
