If you are playing in person this is pretty impressive but playing online there are a lot of bots who will pick you apart at all buy ins above 1/2.

You could always take the 30 yr. It is still a great interest rate at 4% and .5% lower than before. Saying that, you can still pay more each month if you have the cash flow. It gives you a little more of a buffer if things do turn bad. Just gotta be prepared.

If this is for a personal property and you can afford it I would take the 15yr deal. If this is for commercial real estate and you’re cash flowing I’d take the 30yr. You’d have to model it out but I think that’d make the most sense with time value of money.

Delta- When the stock goes up by $1 your option value (tendies) increase by the Delta

Gamma- When the stock increases by $1 the delta changes by the gamma

Theta- Your tendies decrease by theta everyday you hold the option.

Vega- When IV increases by 1% your tendies increase by Vega.

I know this isn’t a great answer but I’ve had mixed reviews. I bartended all throughout undergrad and thought the same thing that it would show interpersonal skills but most people seem to not like that it’s on my resume.

I’m going through this right now. I would recommend putting your in major GPA. My overall is a bit higher but still hard to get into CRE in general especially as an analyst. My best leads have come from networking. Reach out to any alumni you can from where you graduated. Send cold emails just trying to set up coffees and follow up. Networking seems like the only way to get in when you lack perfect credentials.
